Honest Food That Tastes Really Good

True Food Kitchen isn’t just for the die-hard health conscious. Our menu pairs great flavors with great cuisine to create honest food that tastes really, really good. We want our guests feel better and live a healthier life, and as a bonus we want to make their mouth happy in the process. We’re looking to add an awesome Prep Cook to our team.

The Prep Cook does more than just follow a recipe. They give our guests’palate something memorable by using nutrient dense ingredients to create our delicious cuisine.

Here ’ s what you ’ ll do:
Prepare our health conscious dishes following the recipe to produce consistent results

Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed

Rinse and cuts raw food products

Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great

Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

You need to be:
Someone who loves the idea of blending popular trends in cuisine with great flavors to prepare delicious and consistent dishes for our guests. It’s important you’re comfortable in a fast paced environment, and while experience is preferred, it’s not required. You should have good English communication skills, be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have the ability to work weekends and some holidays.
